Confectionery Color
- This is Chef Rubber Yellow Confectionary Color.
- Our Confectionery Color is an oil based colorant suitable for coloring sugar, coating chocolate, buttercreams, and other fat-based products.
- Use Confectionary Color with our Granulated Isomalt Crystals.
- Pro Tip: Use Liquid White Confectionary Color to color cooked sugar opaque white and make other colors opaque.

- Our powder colors are highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way!
- These hydrosoluble powder colorants are great for macarons, fondant, royal icing, sugar, gummy candies and more.
- Knead these powders in to Felchlin Deco Roma and Deco Magic modeling products, or other fondant/gum paste for rich, vibrant results!
