This is Chef Rubber Cobalt Blue Fat Dispersible Powder Color, a super concentrated liposoluble colorant for coloring fat-based items.
Our fat dispersible powders are matte and opaque in appearance.
Mix into fat based media (chocolate, buttercream, cocoa butter, butter, etc.), a little at a time, to achieve desired depth of color.
Dissolve into a fat liquid like cocoa butter to paint into chocolate moulds or onto modeling chocolate and modeling materials like Felchlin Deco Roma and Deco Magic.
This powder colorant is FD&C Certified Powdered Food Color.
